Technical Customer Manager

Opis oferty:

  • Driving and coordination of continuous improvement programs, innovations & training initiative at customers
  • Building strong local relationship with key customers
  • Cooperate with European Product Management to align S&CEE, Turkey and Russia products portfolio with European concept
  • Proactive with innovations development at key customers, cooperating with other regions in Europe for knowledge and experience exchange
  • Professional products implementations to customers with cooperation with Global Colour Center & Global Innovation Center
  • Deliver high performance technical customer service, application support and troubleshooting
  • Audits coordination at the customer and identification of potential savings, CIP
  • Coordination of claim process, identifying of the route cause and professional claim handling with key customers
  • Selected responsibilities for few selected customers

  • Technical expertise from Flexo printing
  • Ability to perform press-side service, troubleshooting and root cause evaluation
  • Experience with team management
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Very Good self motivation, ability to work unsupervised
  • Computer literacy
  • Good written and spoken English is a must
  • Driving License B
