A vacancy has arisen for a SAP MM Specialist, reporting to the Centre of Excellence Manager for Finance, Procurement & HR. This is a permanent position within IS Group Services.

SAP System Support Team is a global team dedicated to the maintenance and development of SAP system, which is the main core IT system used to manage business processes. Work in the SAP team includes resolving user requests, implementing improvements and new functionalities in the system and implementation projects.

The main areas of accountability are to:

• Providing global support in solving problems of SAP MM systems (material management module)
• Cooperation with Key Users in NSG to ensure SAP availability in accordance with an agreed level of SLA service
• Configuration of SAP MM software in accordance with business requirements
• Informing and training end users on changes to the system and providing additional training that will enable them to perform their daily activities
• Managing the functionality of available reports in SAP MM
• Managing interface files with other systems

Obowiązki:

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (at least B2)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with SAP
• SAP configuration experience
• Experience of MM business process is desirable, but not essential
• A results-oriented and analytical approach and the ability to quickly learn and exploit technology
• Ability to work as a part of the team
• Sense of responsibility for achieving personal tasks
• Flexibility in terms of travel
